申请英国工签牌照，目前仍不能使用Revolut账户
前段时间英国不少帖子在讨论 Revolut 正式成为英国银行 的消息，于是很多人以为，在申请英国工签牌照（Sponsor Licence）时，可以用 Revolut 的对公账户流水作为公司财务证明材料。 但实际上，到目前为止，Revolut 的账单仍然不能用于英国工签牌照申请。 主要原因在于，现行的担保牌照申请政策中，对于公司银行账户有一个关键要求： 账户所属银行必须同时受到 FCA 和 PRA 的双重监管 Revolut 虽然受到 FCA 监管，但目前并不完全属于 PRA 监管体系下可被认可的银行主体，因此不能作为 Sponsor Licence 申请中公司银行账户的主要证明材料。 有些人之前看到资料说 Revolut 已经进入 PRA 监管体系，这个说法并不完全错误，但问题在于主体不同： ☞ 目前 Revolut 提供账户和账单的主体是 Revolut Ltd ☞ 而在 PRA 监管名单中的主体是 Revolut NewCo UK Ltd 这两个并不是同一个法律主体，因此在移民局审核中，仍然不会被视为符合要求的银行账户。不少公司以 Revolut 作为主要公司账户，在申请 Sponsor Licence 时都会被拒收。 因此，在申请英国工签牌照时，公司银行账户目前仍不建议使用 Revolut。 此前我们也提到，在一些线上银行中，目前较普遍被 HO 接受的银行是 Monzo…
