Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

All appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

  1. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.
  2. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled appointments will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
